Creativity Collective — Winter Cohort
Every other Tuesday • 12:30–1:15pm PT
January 6 – Six-week arc

Winter invites us into stillness, reflection, and quiet renewal. This cohort is designed to support you in tending your creativity from within the rhythm of the season—slowly, gently, and with community at your side.

A season of stillness, reflection, and creative tending

This is a space to come home to your creativity, to let it nourish and sustain you.
Here, we gather in community to sit with our own process, bear witness, and remember that creativity is not separate from us—it is the ground from which all life grows.

This is quiet power: the kind that comes from knowing yourself, holding yourself, and trusting your own flow.

We explore this through writing, movement, somatic practices, art-making, and reflective exercises—practices that help clear the mind, awaken wonder, and rekindle your relationship with imagination. By setting aside time for creativity—whether in daily rituals, playful explorations, or spacious reflection—you deepen trust in your own voice and allow new possibilities to emerge.

For our Winter Cohort we will meet online —creating many ways to practice, reflect, and share. You’ll find care, presence, and connection here, alongside others who are doing the same—gently, steadily, and without needing to prove anything.

Together, we hold space for one another, learn from shared experience, and grow our capacity to show up fully—with clarity, curiosity, and presence.

Winter as Teacher

The winter cohort is shaped by the season itself—a time of stillness, pruning, and quiet renewal.
A fallow time.
 A time of listening.

Just as the natural world draws inward, we gather around our own inner fire, letting the pace slow so our creativity can deepen rather than be forced. We practice being with the quiet, being with ourselves, and gently cultivating the capacity to rest and restore.

Winter asks us to hold both being and becoming:
the soft pause and the small urge,
 the stillness and the spark.

This cohort is an invitation to sit inside that balance together.

Structure of the Winter Cohort

A rhythm that supports all kinds of schedules—and all kinds of lives.

We meet every other Tuesday from 12:30–1:15pm PT.

A grounded, restorative touchpoint in the middle of the day—accessible for those with day jobs, creative lives, caregiving responsibilities, or anyone who needs a steady moment of connection.

First gathering: Tuesday, January 6

We’ll gather across six weeks, moving between:

Facilitated Circle Sessions

A guided space to explore somatic grounding, gentle prompts, creative inquiry, and spacious reflection in community.

Connection Weeks

On the alternating weeks, you’ll connect with a Reflection Partner —a person paired with you for the cohort.

A light-touch meeting where you check in, name what’s moving, and stay connected to your process in between circles.

What You’ll Need

Not much.

Just:

  • A notebook

  • Any art materials you enjoy (nothing fancy needed)

  • An open curiosity

  • A willingness to slow down

  • (You can join entirely with pen + paper.)

What We’re Cultivating Together

  • The capacity to be with stillness and rest

  • A nourishing, sustainable relationship with creativity

  • A deepened connection to imagination as inner wisdom

  • A gentle rhythm of practice that supports your life

  • The power of community witness and shared presence

  • Space for your inner voice to come forward

  • Permission to rest, to explore, to listen, to begin again

My Facilitation Style

I guide through presence, spaciousness, and gentle structure.
My work integrates somatics, creative process, expressive arts foundations, contemplative practices, and a deep belief in imagination as a living force within and around us.

Expect calm, grounded facilitation with plenty of room for your own rhythm and truth.
