Vessel Series

Volumes of quiet strength and raw refinement. Sculptor Erin McGuiness explores the Vessel as an archetypal form.  Playing with the tension and connections created by groupings of forms. Each one of a kind coil built Vessel encompasses symbols, feelings, thoughts and together they form a visual chorus of ideas interacting. Embodying themes of inside, outside, containment, who we are individually, as well as the space between us. Our connections to one another and the larger worlds we inhabit.
