Whether you're an artist seeking to deepen your practice or someone in any walk of life longing for greater access to your creative voice, these sessions offer a sacred container for exploration and growth. You don't need to be a professional creative; creativity is a life force available to all of us, waiting to be remembered and nurtured.
In our work together, we explore the pathways between inspiration and manifestation. Through a unique approach that balances technical knowledge with somatic awareness, we address both the practical and the energetic dimensions of creative practice. Sessions integrate meditation, energy work, polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation, and direct guidance tailored to your specific creative journey, whether that's a personal project, professional work, family life, or simply reclaiming your creative essence.
Together, we'll deepen your connection with your creative voice, befriend the blocks to its flow, and build your capacity to regulate your nervous system in moments of big energy and when facing the unknown that creative work demands. This work illuminates clearer pathways, both internal and external, to bring your ideas and visions into being.
Sessions offer what one participant described as "exactly the right mix of technical/analytic/linear and somatic; it works really well for my brain, my body, and my creative practice."
At the heart of this work is the understanding that the body is our most important tool, creativity is life force, and the soul is our best guide.
Please note: I am not a licensed therapist, and this is not therapy. This is creative guidance grounded in art practice, consciousness work, and somatic awareness.
Sessions available online or in-person.
Erin McGuiness is a sculptor and creativity guide whose work sits at the intersection of art, spirituality, and healing practices. Her archetypal ceramic forms have been featured in major collections including Spazju Kreattiv in Malta and recognized by multiple publications including Architectural Digest for their quiet power and beauty.
Her teaching grew out of over 25 years of professional art practice and more than a decade of guiding students. Having studied Neolithic temple builder culture in Malta, practiced Soto Zen meditation at Green Dragon Temple, polyvagal theory, and seven years of ongoing energy competency studies in the Twisted Hair lineage, she weaves together art practice, consciousness research, and spiritual scholarship. Her teaching philosophy centers on awakening greater awareness of each person's unique voice and what they are bringing into the world.
A single session offers focused guidance to explore a creative question, befriend a block, or illuminate the next step in your creative journey.
Three sessions create a supportive container for deeper transformation, allowing time to integrate and "cook" between meetings as your creative work unfolds across a meaningful arc of growth. (Three one hour sessions included)
